Peters receives Kloeti Award
At its Madrid meeting, the SOG group awarded the 2012 Ulrich Kloeti Award to B. Guy Peters, the Maurice Falk Professor of American Government at University of Pittsburgh and Professor of Comparative Governance at Zeppelin University.
